Free Intro Class
Bring your curiosity and some water to our Free Intro Class at 8:45 am on Saturdays.
Here is what you can expect in the Intro Class:
- You don’t have to be “in shape” for the Intro Class. Just show up.
- We will teach you 4 movements and how to perform the movements properly.
- 3-2-1-Go. This is the fun part where we put you through a CrossFit workout.

Foundations is 3 private/semi-private sessions with one of our trainers. We will teach you the CrossFit foundational movements (squats, presses, lifts) as well as a few other staple movements. You will learn and practice the proper mechanics for each movement. The goals for Foundations is to get you familiar with the basic movements, for you to learn the importance of proper mechanics, and to set you on a path to success in regular classes.
We can work with you to schedule classes in the morning or evening.
