We have classes 7 days a week in the morning, afternoon, and evenings to fit your schedule. Classes are 1-hour long and consist of a group warm-up, skills and drills (where you will practice the movements in the workout), and 3-2-1 GO for the workout of the day (WOD). Visitors are always welcome without an appointment!
NOTICE: To accommodate members during the pandemic, private gym time (open gym) is available by Monday – Sunday. Space is limited. Contact Kate to make a reservation.
