Class Schedule

We have classes 7 days a week in the morning, afternoon, and evenings to fit your schedule. Classes are 1-hour long and consist of a group warm-up, skills and drills where you will practice the movements in the workout, 3-2-1 GO for the workout itself, and time after for cool down stretching and rolling. Visitors are always welcome without an appointment!
