We have an active CrossFit Kids program that focuses on inspiring kids to develop a lifelong love of fitness. The children learn to run, jump, lift, and climb through a positive and developmentally appropriate approach. CrossFit meets the needs of not only highly athletic individuals, but also of those children that wish to simply increase their fitness levels. Additionally, we encourage families to work out together and offer family class times. CrossFit Kids classes are geared for children ages 6-12.
Coach Kate Hunt is the director and lead instructor for the CrossFit Kids program. She has been CrossFitting since 2006, competed in the 2007 and 2009 CrossFit Games as well as in the 2010 So. Cal. Sectionals and is a former Division 1 college tennis player with twenty-five years of tennis coaching experience and ten years of classroom teaching experience. She has a passion for CrossFit and enjoys sharing that love of fitness with kids.
