What to expect

Do I need to be fit to start?

You don’t need to be fit to start an exercise program! In fact, exercise is precisely how you become fit. Exercise is a journey, and everyone begins at their own unique starting point. The key is to start small and gradually build up your fitness level over time. Regardless of your current fitness level, incorporating regular physical activity into your routine will yield numerous health benefits, including increased strength, endurance, and overall well-being. What’s most important is taking that first step, no matter where you are on your fitness journey, because every effort counts towards progress.
