Bring your curiosity and some water to our FREE Intro Class @ 8:45 am on Saturdays.

You don’t have to be “in shape” for the Intro Class. Just show up.

If you aren’t able to come in on a Saturday, feel free to stop by and watch any class in our schedule.

 

 

 

Foundations Class or Private Trainingwall balls

New Members, with no prior Crossfit, experience will start with Foundations Class. Foundations is 3 private/semi-private sessions with one of our trainers.  We will teach you base movements (squats, presses, and lifts) and a few other staple movements as well as learn and practice good mechanics for each movement. The goals are to get you familiar with the base movements, for you to learn the importance of good mechanics, and to get you excited for your first regular class! We will work with you to schedule sessions in the morning or evening.

Private training is another great way to start CrossFit or learn new skills.  In one-on-one private sessions you will get personal attention, feedback, and programming catered to your goals.
