  • 1 Mile Run
  • 40 Wall Balls
  • 800m Run
  • 30 Wall Balls
  • 400m Run
  • 20 Wall Balls
  • Driveway Run

Remember 8:00 class ONLY today.  If you were too lazy to get up in time then your WOD is like the Easy Workout, 1/4 mile run – 50 squats x 4.  To make it interesting grab a broom and make all the squats OHS.
