I noticed that nobody comments here. Maybe if the WODs were posted to the facebook page each day people would leave more comments. In any event, my comment is that MY TUSH IS SEVERELY CHAFED so I had better make the board on this one!
Using those light blue mats stored next to the abmats reduces chaffing significantly.
