Bench Press 1 rep Max — (20 min to work up to it)

Then 3 rounds of:

  • 60 sec Max rep Hang Power Clean (95/65)
  • 60 sec Max rep Back Squat
  • 60 sec Max rep Push Press
  • 60 sec Rest
